The lugs and recesses which interlock when closing are usually arranged at the free ends of the longer leg of the closure members and usually have the shape of a polygonal truncated pyramid delimited by flat surfaces, because this delimitation results in easy penetration of the outwardly tapering lugs into the recesses and prevents the interlocking links from rotating.
